Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name or place entered in a search box passes to the outside provider that operates that tool. Wayne County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to the Site
Messages sent by email or a contact form may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. We do not disclose those messages outside the organization unless the law requires it.
Technical Data Collected
Standard server and analytics systems may record technical details when a page loads, including:
- The internet protocol address used for the request
- The browser type and software version

- Pages viewed and approximate time spent
- The referring page or site, when supplied
- Date and time stamps for requests

Some advertising providers may use their own systems to recognize activity across sites and select interest-based ads. Their tracking does not become a Wayne County Released Inmates record.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be handled by:
