A person can leave the building through several legal paths. Search by the most exact name available, then compare county, booking context, age or birth data, charges, and institution. The official warning says information can change fast and may not reflect a true current location, release date, or status. No result is a lead, not final proof.

1. Search the RJA name portal and note when the search was made.
2. If a prior match is gone, call WRJCF and ask whether public information identifies release, transfer, or another hold.
3. Search the Wayne magistrate and circuit case indexes for the order that changed custody.
4. Check the separate DOC search if a state sentence or transfer is possible.
5. Use VINE as notice of an event, then request the movement or release record for written confirmation.

Western Regional Release Records
